The air filter used is a mechanical cyclone filter with MicroDrop ™ technology that uses centrifugal force and gravity to filter out (separate) impurities from the exhausted air.

Filter construction:

• entirely made of certified stainless steel, cat. 304 guarantees many years of operation;
• in standard dimensions 500x500mm and 300x500mm;
• ensures extremely high efficiency of capturing impurities arising in the thermal treatment process from the exhausted air.

Obtained certifications:

• VDI 2052: confirmation of the effectiveness of "Tested by Laboratory Fiatec Filter and Aerosol Technologie GmbH".
• DIN 18869-5 Type-A: is a confirmation of fire resistance and fire protection, i.e. it is resistant to fire flames and prevents flames from entering ventilation ducts.
• UL 1046: confirmation of the requirements of "Grease Filters for Exhaust Ducts".
